First of all, it's important to wash your hair with a Fructis shampoo and conditioner that's suitable for your hair type. Then, remove excess water with a towel.

Next, apply the mask from the mid-lengths to the ends. If you have short hair, apply it only to the ends. Make sure to do this strand by strand, coating each section for more intense hydration.

Leave it on for 1 minute, rinse with plenty of warm water and finish with 30 seconds of cold water to close the cuticles and stimulate blood circulation in the scalp.

Fructis Hair Food as a conditioner

Once you've used your preferred Fructis shampoo, replace the conditioner with your chosen Fructis Hair Food mask. Then, take a small amount—about two fingers' worth—and apply it from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair, massage gently, and rinse thoroughly.

After showering, gently towel dry your hair to remove excess water, being careful not to rub or tangle it. Then, take a small amount of hair mask and apply it throughout your hair, avoiding the roots.
