Payment Methods
Virtual transactions are operated by the payment broker MercadoPagos , which has all the cybersecurity standards and robust technology to protect your data and minimize the risks of fraud.
Accepted Methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club credit cards, among others.
- MasterCard, Visa debit cards,
- Cash via Baloto and Efecty.
- PSE Bank Transfer for all Colombian banks.
- Money in MercadoPago
- Manual Bank Deposit or Transfer at Bancolombia and Davivienda
- Cash on delivery at any of our customer service points.

We operate throughout Colombia.
Shipping and Delivery:
Deliveries are handled by our own logistics network only within the seven municipalities of the Aburrá Valley: Medellín, Itagüí, Sabaneta, Copacabana, Envigado, La Estrella, and Bello. Deliveries through our own distribution network are free for orders over COP $180,000; otherwise, the cost ranges from COP $8,000 to COP $12,000 depending on your location and the weight of your order.
Deliveries to other municipalities in Antioquia are handled by third parties and are free for orders over COP $180,000. Otherwise, the cost ranges from COP $12,000 to COP $25,000 depending on your location and the weight of your order.
Shipments to the rest of the country are handled by external logistics agents whose costs will be calculated based on the tables provided by the agencies themselves.
Returns and Warranty
Our sales are final; we do not offer refunds, and we only accept claims for shipping errors. Our products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects for electronic products and an 8-day warranty for products designed for immediate use, starting from the date of delivery. Shipping and other costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
